Relationship Audit™ — Purchase & Service Agreement
By purchasing the Relationship Audit™ assessment and associated advisory services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms in full. By completing your purchase and checking the acceptance box at checkout, you provide your electronic signature and legally binding consent to this agreement.
1. Digital Product Purchase — No Refund Policy
The Relationship Audit™ is a digital assessment product that provides immediate access to proprietary materials, systems, and intellectual property. Due to the instant delivery of digital access, all sales are final, and no refunds, credits, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances once purchase is completed, including partial completion or non-use of the assessment or advisory call.
2. Included Advisory Call
Your purchase includes one (1) private follow-up Prescription Plan Call. The call must be scheduled within thirty (30) days of receiving your completed assessment results unless otherwise specified. Failure to schedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the included call without refund or credit.
3. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
You may reschedule your advisory call with a minimum of twelve (12) hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 12 hours, or failure to attend the scheduled call, will result in the call being considered used and forfeited. No additional call, credit, or refund will be provided.
4. Coaching / Advisory Disclaimer
The Relationship Audit™ and follow-up advisory call are educational, informational, and coaching-based services only. They do not constitute therapy, psychological counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical services. Participation does not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, medical, or fiduciary relationship. All decisions made following participation are solely the responsibility of the client.
5. Confidentiality
All assessment responses and advisory conversations are treated as confidential and handled within a private advisory setting, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All materials, assessments, frameworks, reports, written analyses, and advisory content provided through the Relationship Audit™ are proprietary intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals with your financial institution for services or digital products delivered. Initiating a chargeback after accessing the assessment materials, report, or advisory services constitutes a breach of this agreement. In such cases, the purchaser agrees to remain financially responsible for the full purchase amount and any administrative, legal, or collection costs incurred in recovering disputed funds where permitted by law.
8. Results & Outcomes Disclaimer
No guarantees are made regarding relationship outcomes, personal decisions, or future results. The Relationship Audit™ is a diagnostic clarity tool and advisory service designed to support informed decision-making; outcomes depend entirely on the client’s individual circumstances, participation, and actions.
