  1. Non-Refundable Within 7 Days of Purchase:

    • All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure you are committed to your session before making your purchase.

  2. Session Expiry:

    • Your session must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Any unused sessions beyond this timeframe will be forfeited.
    • Sessions can be booked up to three months in advance to accommodate your schedule.

  3. No Transfers or Credits:

    • Purchased sessions are non-transferable and cannot be credited toward any other service or program.

  4. No Refunds:

    • Once the session is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason outside of the outlined 7-day refund window.

  5. Rescheduling Policy:

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your session.

  6. Session Completion:

    • The Relationship Audit is designed to be completed in a single, uninterrupted 2-hour session. If you fail to attend your scheduled session without proper notice, it will be considered completed.

  7. Client Responsibility:

    • It is your responsibility to arrive prepared and on time for your scheduled session. Please ensure you have the necessary time and focus to engage fully in the process.
